We guarantee your mattress and foundation to be in perfet condition upon delivery. Most mattress come with a 10 Year non prorated guarantee. against manufacturing defects or we will repair or replace the product at our option. Excluded from this guarantee are “as is “ mattresses and value priced mattresses with a 1 to 10 year guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accident
• Mattresses that are not sanitary
• Defects in mattresses caused by bedframes without a center support
• Mattresses or Foundations missing identifying labels or law tags

60 Night Comfort Guarantee

You can sleep knowing that your mattress purchase is the right bed for you. New mattress sets at first feel different. Your body has been subject to lumps and sags of your old bed. Allow several weeks for your body to conform to the new mattress. If you are not satisfied see your sales consultant for an exchange. This guarantee only applies if purchased with our stain repellant mattress pad. Electric beds excluded. Limit 1 exchange per sale from date of original purchase. Mattress is to be returned to store in good condition. Mattress exchanges are subject to a $49 delivery charge. We will refund or exchange your purchase within 7 days on stock items only.

Deliveries

Our trained professionals will provide delivery and positioning except for ready to assemble products. They will operate with the utmost respect for your home.

Before purchase, please measure the width of doors, hallways and stairs. Before delivery, please clear away all obstacles. In the rare event of an impossible tight fit, we will only move the furniture with your approval.

For health reasons all old mattresses and bases are bagged and sealed befor leaving your home.

We provide you with a time frame for your delivery; however, it's conditional to road conditions and other situations beyond our control.
